Introduction to the “Green Consumption” Campaign
In Vietnam, “Green Consumption” is gradually becoming a new trend, and consumers’ awareness of green consumption and green products is increasing. On the morning of June 1st, 2024, Saigon Giai Phong Newspaper, in collaboration with Saigon Co-op launched the 15th Green Consumption Campaign in 2024 with the theme “Green Consumption, Immediate Action”.
This year, Saigon Co.op will focus on 3 main activities to encourage the growth of green consumption. It included promoting green products, raising awareness of green consumption, and encouraging businesses to participate in green activities.
After 15th years of implementation, the program has made many positive contributions to Ho Chi Minh City’s transition to a green economy.
